About the Role

Joneshouse Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a specialist adult social care provider for an experienced Registered Manager to oversee a portfolio of supported living services across the Swansea and Bridgend area.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead established services supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, and complex needs. Working closely with the Responsible Individual (RI), you will provide strong operational leadership while ensuring high-quality, person-centred care and full regulatory compliance across multiple services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day management of multiple supported living services.
• Work closely with the Responsible Individual (RI) to support service performance, governance, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and quality standards.
• Lead, motivate, supervise, and develop staff to deliver outstanding care.
• Monitor service quality through audits, inspections, and improvement plans.
• Build positive relationships with families, commissioners, healthcare professionals, and external agencies.
• Manage staffing, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Promote independence, dignity, choice, and person-centred support for the people using the services.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Essential

• Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Multi-Site Manager within adult social care.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, or complex needs.
• Good understanding of regulatory compliance, governance, and quality assurance.
• Ability to manage multiple services and competing priorities.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
