Salary: Up to £42,000 per annum (depending on experience and qualifications)

Our client is a leading adult social care provider, supporting people to live fulfilling, independent lives through Residential, Supported Living and Complex Care services.
About the Service
This is a 9-beds and 3 flats in Bridlington supporting adults with a range of complex needs, including learning disabilities, autism, cerebral palsy and epilepsy.
Prader-Willi Support, Scarborough
Bridlington is a warm and welcoming residential home where adults with Prader-Willi syndrome can build confidence, enjoy meaningful routines and feel part of a lively community. Set within a lively community, the home includes nine en-suite bedrooms and three self-contained flats, offering different levels of space and independence. A large communal lounge, dining room, activity space and garden create plenty of room to relax, connect and make memories together.
Life here reaches far beyond the front door. The beach, historic Old Town, leisure centre, theatre, cinema and local restaurants are all close by, and those living here enjoy regular trips further afield to York, Hull, Scarborough and Whitby.
Through Strive, our model of support, each person receives tailored support shaped around their goals, wellbeing and growing independence. Specialist PBS input and a multidisciplinary team approach help create consistent, thoughtful support at home and in the community.
As Registered Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead a dedicated team, maintain high standards of care, and continue to develop a positive and empowering environment where residents can thrive.
About the Role
As Registered Manager, you will lead the service, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care, strong team performance, regulatory compliance, and sustainable service development.
Reporting to the Area Operations Manager, you will work closely with colleagues, families, commissioners, healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes for the people supported.
You will lead across three key priorities:
Quality
- Deliver outstanding care, support and governance.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
- Drive continuous improvement through audits and action planning.
People
- Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing team.
- Promote a positive and supportive workplace culture.
- Support staff development through coaching, supervision and performance management.
Performance
- Manage resources effectively to ensure sustainable service delivery.
- Oversee budgets, rotas and operational performance.
- Maintain excellent relationships with stakeholders and external partners.
What We’re Looking For
Essential
- Management experience within adult social care.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Adult Care (or willingness to achieve it).
- Knowledge of social care legislation and regulatory requirements.
- Experience supporting people with learning disabilities, mental health needs or acquired brain injuries.
- Budget, rota and performance management experience.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
- Experience driving quality and compliance through audits and action planning.
Desirable
- Knowledge of therapeutic and non-aversive support approaches.
- Full UK driving licence.
