Location: Wrexham
Salary: £31,626 – £32,853 per annum (£15.60 – £16.20 per hour)
Sleep-In Payments: £3,000 – £6,000 per annum (based on 4–8 per month)
Total Package: Up to £38,853 per annum
Contract: Full-Time, 39 hours per week (Long Day Shifts)

Key Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Residential Children’s Home at Senior or Deputy level
- NVQ/Diploma Level 3 or 4 in Children and Young People’s Workforce (or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding procedures
- Experience supporting staff supervision, rotas, and basic budget management
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
