Location: Arthog, Gwynedd
Salary: £35,631 – £37,112 per annum
Full-time | Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm

We’re recruiting for a Deputy Manager to join a unique, outdoor-based therapeutic children’s service in Arthog, North Wales. This 12-week residential programme supports young people (8–18) with social, emotional, and mental health needs through structured outdoor activities and care.

What You’ll Do

• Support the Registered Manager in day-to-day operations

• Lead a dedicated care team

• Help deliver outdoor activities like hiking, climbing, kayaking & more

• Ensure high-quality, safe, and therapeutic care

• Build trust with young people and support their development

What You’ll Need

• Level 3 in Residential Childcare (or higher)

• Full UK driving licence

• 1+ year in residential childcare at a senior level

• Aged 21+ and eligible to work in the UK

• Leadership skills & passion for outdoor interventions

Desirable: Deputy-level experience, outdoor activity background
