Salary: £33,664 – £34,881 per annum + additional sleep-in payments

Joneshouse Recruitment is seeking an experienced Deputy Children’s Home Manager to join a large 5-bed children’s home supporting young people with social and emotional difficulties, autism, and learning disabilities.
This is an excellent opportunity for an established Deputy Manager or an experienced Senior ready to step into leadership within a therapeutic residential setting focused on delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
As Deputy Manager, you will be an integral part of the leadership team, supporting the day-to-day running of the home while helping to shape and develop a nurturing, structured environment where young people can thrive.
You will also be supported in gaining your Level 5 qualification and developing into future leadership roles, with opportunities to prepare for managing the home when required.

Requirements
-
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Residential Children’s Home as a Senior or Deputy Manager

NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Children and Young People

Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding procedures

Experience managing budgets and staff rotas
-
Full UK driving licence
