Location: Greenwich
Contract: Full-time (40 hours per week) – Part-time (30 hours per week, pro rata) also considered
Salary: £30,000 per annum (depending on experience, pro rata for part-time)
About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and qualified Level 3 Educator to join our team in Greenwich. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is committed to delivering high-quality care and education, supporting children’s learning and development in a safe and nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging activities that promote learning and development in line with the EYFS framework.

Support children’s individual learning journeys, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive, stimulating, and inclusive environment.

Build and maintain strong relationships with parents/carers, providing regular feedback on their child’s progress.

Ensure all safeguarding, health & safety, and company policies are followed.

Keep accurate records, including observations, assessments, and reports.

Act as a role model, demonstrating best practice in childcare and education.
Requirements

Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education/Childcare (or equivalent) – essential

Experience working within an early years setting

Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework

Good communication and interpersonal skills

A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and wellbeing

Ability to work effectively as part of a team
