About the Role

This service provides crisis intervention and therapeutic care for children with complex emotional and behavioural needs. As Registered Manager, you’ll lead by example—creating a nurturing environment, supporting positive outcomes, and maintaining the highest standards of care and compliance.

You’ll oversee a small, focused team committed to helping children thrive through tailored activities, emotional support, and structure.

What You’ll Need

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)

• At least 2 years of experience in a role relevant to residential childcare (within the past 5 years)

• A full UK driving licence

• The right to work in the UK

• Must be 21 years or older (regulatory requirement)
