Pay rate: £44,000 – £52,000 per annum
Bonus: Bonus structure with the potential to earn up to £8,500

Essential Requirements:

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England) or equivalent

• A minimum of 2 years in a position relevant to the residential care of children (within the last 5 years)

• Full UK driving licence

• The right to work in the UK

• Due to industry regulations, applicants must be over 21

The Role:

The homes provide crisis intervention and trauma-informed therapeutic care, ensuring young people receive high-quality residential support. Activities are tailored to each child’s interests — from cinema trips to swimming and sports.
