We’re seeking a bold, compassionate Registered Service Manager to oversee the registration and leadership of two solo homes for children. Each home supports one child at a time, delivered through dedicated 2:1 care.

This is not your average management role — it’s leadership where trauma-informed practice meets real purpose, and where your decisions change lives.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage two solo occupancy homes, creating safe, structured environments for children to recover and thrive.

• Recruit, inspire, and develop a high-performing team.

• Ensure homes exceed Ofsted expectations and meet each child’s unique needs.

• Work closely with external professionals to deliver outstanding outcomes.

• Embed therapeutic care, high standards, and stability from day one.

What You’ll Bring

• Minimum 12 months’ experience managing a children’s home

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team

• In-depth knowledge of SCCIF, Children’s Homes Regulations & Quality Standards

• Level 5 Diploma (or working towards)

• Full UK driving licence and access to transport

• Resilient, trauma-informed leadership style with a genuine passion for making a difference
