Salary: Up to £36,000 OTE (including sleep-ins) – negotiable for the right person
Contract: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Joneshouse Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Senior Support Worker to join their dedicated residential childcare team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious, qualified professional to take on a rewarding role supporting children and young people in a nurturing, safe environment.
The Role

Salary starting at £28,080 per year, with additional sleep-ins (£50 each, approx. 8 per month)

Up to £36,000 OTE (depending on experience and qualifications)

Shift pattern: 1 day on, followed by 2 days off

Driving is an essential part of the role – a full UK manual driving licence is required
What We’re Looking For

Level 3 or 4 qualification in Residential Childcare (essential)

Previous experience as a Senior Support Worker in children’s residential care

Strong understanding of safeguarding, Ofsted regulations, inspections, supervision and whistleblowing

Confidence and commitment to driving, including on motorways and at night
